Career
Sadia Khateeb’s journey in Bollywood is nothing short of an inspiration. Hailing from Bhaderwah in Jammu and Kashmir, Sadia never imagined entering the movies. Initially pursuing a degree in electrical engineering, her life changed when Vidhu Vinod Chopra cast her in Shikara (2020), which was about the exodus of Kashmiri Pandits. Her portrayal of Shanti Dhar won hearts and earned her a Filmfare nomination for Best Female Debut.

Following her impressive debut, she starred in Raksha Bandhan (2022), in which she played Gayatri, one of Akshay Kumar’s on-screen sisters. The film was a family drama that further honed her acting depth.

By 2025, Sadia is set to appear in The Diplomat alongside John Abraham. In this intense drama, she plays Uzma Ahmed, an Indian woman trapped in Pakistan, which highlights a real-life diplomatic rescue.
