Career
Sai Tamhankar was always interested in the arts, films, and theatre. Before entering the film industry, Sai used to do street plays and participate in inter-college competitions. She used to participate in theatre and do various roles, which helped her honing her acting skills. Sai, acting in the play Aadhe Adhure, bagged her a Best Actress award.

Her life changed when, in the award ceremony of Aadhe Adhure Sai was offered a role in the Marathi serial ‘Ya Gojivanya Gharat’. After that, Sai Tamhankar acted in many Marathi serials; among them are Agni Shikha, Sathi Re, Kasturi, and Fu Bai Fu (as anchor). In 2008, Sai Tamhankar made her debut in the film industry with films like Black & White and Ghajni. After that, she appeared in many films and web series.
